Neamhoird mhatánchnámharlaigh an ghualainn - Tuairim ár ndochtúra

Mar chuid dá chur chuige cáilíochta, tugann Passeportsanté.net cuireadh duit tuairim ghairmí sláinte a fháil amach. Tugann an Dr. Susan Labrecque, céimí i míochaine spóirt, a tuairim duit ar an neamhoird mhatánchnámharlaigh an ghualainn :

Shoulder tendinopathies are most often linked to physical activity that is too intense for the capacity of the tendons. Hence the need to do strengthening exercises, even after relieving symptoms. Otherwise, the problem may reoccur, as your tendon will not be stronger than it was when the injury occurred.

If you have shoulder pain from whatever cause, the biggest mistake you can make is immobilizing it. If you’re over 35 and keep your arm still at your side for even a few days, you may be heading straight for adhesive capsulitis. This condition is much more incapacitating and takes much longer to heal than tendinopathy.
